These are the kind of RCs you spend a fortune upgrading then it breaks to shit every time you run it. Better to save money and get one that can at least hold up for a bit.

this is to bad I had high hopes for this one. Smaller tires, oil shocks, decent servo and better gearing maybe? but if you have to fix everything then its way overpriced.

I was considering this for a project that needs a 1/14th scale rc to upgrade a wally world special.

I took the spare tires off of mine then made a foam "bumper" to go across the back where the tires were. With the weight off the back it handles much better. Then I cut a bit over a quarter inch out of the back wheel wells to get more travel for the shocks. Added oil filled shocks. Installed wider tires from a broken 1/16 MJX truck. It is a fun little truck to rip and bash.

I have this same car (Q130) and with oil shocks, adjustable steering bar and new tires with foam inside it becomes a very fun toy!
I'll buy that before I buy the Traxxas you raced, that's for sure. With a few upgrades, it's still cheaper & will make an absolute fool out of that Traxxas & still cost half the price. The problem is that Traxxas will probably take me to court for having a toy that resembles one of theirs. Lol

Please donโt tell people to buy the MJX Hyper Go trucks. The differentials are the worst diffs Iโve ever seen. Completely unfit for sale. Should never of made it to market. Wish you tubers would be more honest about these trucks.
