An introduction to Magracing and a extended wheelbase Nissan C89 r/c model racer prototype using a more substantial CR123 battery. This gave something like 45 minutes racing but was not really practical or important for the shorter wheelbase cars.

Wes this is tops. I can't wait to get a set of my own. I'm working on a transportable NASCAR style track, 4 lanes at about a scale mile or so, for festivals and parties.I want to allow for the max of fifteen racers, but am unsure how to keep track of position and lap times. Do you have any recommendations for a timing system? I figured RFID RC sets but with out a car yet, I'm not sure how they would fit into the system.

MAG RACING IS NOT R/C IN THE REAL SENSE. THESE ARE GLORIFIED SLOT CARS WITH MAGNET GUIDENCE INSTEAD OF A SLOT. GOOGLE QSAC QUARTER SCALE TO SEE REAL R/C RACING.

Why has sound not been incorporated, that would add an additional thrill and much more effect. The model railroad bunch has mastered digital / prototypical / speed appropriate sound effects, slot car should be next.

I bought a chassis from you back in 2015 and have not really ventured and further than dabbling with the track ideas. This is a brilliant system with loads of potential but I can't find the chassis for sale anywhere. Is the system still available?
