  1. Lane Murphy says:

    What hobby shop is that?

  2. nortran11 says:

I'd be pissed if someone with a 10 dollar joke car broke my car on the track cause you were trying to have a laugh.

  3. Yep a torment 10th scale and a 18 th scale 4×4 rutkus forget the name but it's a really good upgrade 18th scale

  4. Do like I do… Cheap-O Walmart or Dollar Store RC converted to hobby grade proportional steering and throttle… generally you gotta swap out the drive motors to something that'll take the extra oomph of a 2 cell/7.4volt LiPo and maybe glue/epoxy the plastic drive gears and rear wheels to their respective metal shafts to keep them from slipping.. . I've also found that a old bicycle inner tube cut to the right width usually stretches over hard rubber/plastic toy RC tires awesomely! Different tire size bicycle inner tubes for different diameter tires.. adds roughly 3/32" diameter to the stock No-Grip toy RC tires but adds more traction than you'll ever believe! Buy em' cheap and make em' fast… Gotta love creative mechanical ability! Everyone please stay safe and God Bless.

  5. Matt Foster says:

I recently took a Walmart truggy and put two series wired 1s Lipos in place of the LiFe it came with and it goes way faster now. Probably a fire hazard and not good for the electronics, but it's funny.

  6. BMP_5am says:

I thought he was finna buy the damn cat

  7. Blake Casper says:

Yes my very first rc car was a ecx ruckus 1/18 scale it was not the best!both front and rear diffs stripped out in two weeks!!

  8. 0:00 Me when I lost a damn bearing building the ball diff for a Team Associated 18T and you have to buy a whole other diff to get that one piece.

  9. William Cook says:

  11. popitn2nd says:

  12. TL says:

    Hi Mark
Do you know where I can purchase a Mini-Z other than amain hobbies? I've asked and they aren't sure when they'll have them back in stock.

  13. Matt H says:

That was funny. Causing pile ups out there.

  14. I would die laughing if I saw them upgrade the Walmart car. Its not impossible, but aint easy

  15. bigfoot3387 says:

  16. YooPDTV says:

  17. I'd love to see a video with more detailed info on your mini z setups. Mods, etc with the local racers.

  18. Jerry Smith says:

The body looks pretty damn good!

  19. Dave Jones says:

Reminds of the Amiga game 'Supercars' 😀

  20. Matt Gilmore says:

I love watching how you support all of the small shops

  21. Matt Gilmore says:

  22. ketchup says:

  23. Jeremy Smith says:

Got to love the spatula on a stick!!!

  24. mzondi1970 says:

I wish my local store had many z stuff like that they concentrate more on the big RCs like the 1/5 and 1/8 stuff and model trains I don't think they carry any mini z stuff

  25. I have exc ruckus I've place a titan 12t 550 motor in it but now need to replace my rear transmission to metal upgrades

  26. Ivan rc'n says:

Nice didn't know you where in my area. I live about an hour east of Ardmore. Wanted to get into drag racing, where is the closest place to Ardmore that has it?

  27. i genuinly have every ecx rc car made to this day ,and dont know why. there so slow aand completely stock and the ecx amp mt brushed i use almost every day and stuggle to go faster than the mini z in a stright line lol ive also got 1 of the 18th scale trucks and ive got the same one 6times due to me putting down the wrong ammount and payinng for them i was meant to get 2 but got 6 🙁 they do abou 4mph and they are so weak if u drop one it breaks the chassis and body cracks esc falls out of place u lose loads of screws etcetcetc :((((

  28. What was the Walmart car called I want to get one for the body lol 😂 and does your buddy there have a website to buy parts from because I’ve been getting ripped off recently on eBay for parts for my mini z

  29. Beleg says:

Where can I buy a mini z these days?

  30. TelemoreDew says:

This is awesome! Wish I could drive 1.5 hours and find mini-z parts here in Indiana! I'd buy it all 😉

  31. Where are you located racing mini Z cars

  32. WTF RC’S says:

Are these mini z awd or rwd?

  33. Never owned an ecx car; however, I do remember them as a decent maker. Great to hear you try to support the local hobby shops whenever you travel and I love the fact you are constantly involving your kids and how they race their mini-Zs. When you do your reviews, maybe add a short segment for Evan or Ethen's opinion or take on the subject. Seeing how a dad involves their children in their hobby is a great inspiration and seeing positive and encouraging dad-ing is a great thing. Keep up with the great videos!

  34. Ohana_559 says:

So cool you support the local shops keep it up

  35. D-Slowpass says:

Mini z's are cool. It's like taking slot cars to the next level😀

  36. D-Slowpass says:

Fun 2 see Walmart car running with the mini z"a can't wait to see how it performs with upgrades

  37. Dude I live in Enid . Lol .. I wish there was a track here or something .

  38. Ecx rock crawler it was the first car when I picked up the hobby again that was a lot of cars ago. the rabbit hole is deep !!

  39. Perry G says:

I still own a couple 1/10 ecx cars, a ruckus and a 4wd torment. The ruckus is a very that originally had a 27mhz radio. Its been a tank, we still beat on it.

  40. Steve Person says:

    What scale is this?

  41. Not to bad for a Wal-Mart RC, not to bad at all, I wonder if you guys used a power craze what would have happened? Those power craze rc's are incredibly fast for their price point and on smooth proper track, they can fly, I have a total of 4 of them, craze and dune 24. But my beauty is my bonzai jubatus b416, I love it .

  42. What scoring systems are people using with the mini tracks?
