  1. Merry Christmas Everyone!

  2. neil says:

you said 2-10 dollars for part while i blew my motor and ESC and it is a 150 dollar fix

  3. Eran_01 says:

BEST VIDEO OUT THERE FOR STARTERS I REAPEAT!! Anyways thanks for putting in thought into the video Mark

  4. Martin says:

I love those Starbucks takeaway cups…I collect them. Every time there’s new cup, I make sure I’ll get ☝️

  5. Martin says:

Mark it will be good to show some close up shots by taking close shot videos and add in into your editing for the final video. Your subscribers or new to rc cannot see the things you are trying to explain. Example like you mention how to power up the car on the ESC…you can add in the power button and the red and green lights. Hope you can include those in your videos so it can make it much better to understand. Good Luck Mark!

  6. Here's the difference..brushed lasts 2 months brushless lasts 2 hours lol..your welcome😀

  7. I liked the old plug in slow chrgrs for the nimh..battery lives a long time…

  11. Freddy_.910 says:

Hobby grade cars are great and all but they are like 500 bucks when some kid (like me) only has 120 bucks they have no choice but to get the crappy ones

  12. neil says:

i think the brushed slash isn't worth it it is 319$ USD and the brushless slash is 379$ USD

  13. neil says:

it is a better deal to buy a random adapter on Amazon or eBay that fits your the chargers needs

  14. Some rc’s don’t have slipper clutches my TT-02 and CC-01 don’t have them. But the RC10T and Traxxas Rustler 4×4 VXL Tmaxx have them. Its needed for offroad cars to protect the drivetrains.

  15. Bob Tierney says:

I came in 2nd to an RC10T in my first Novice race. I knew we had a spiritual connection some how. ROTFLOL!

  16. Smita Garude says:

Please give MI D Sonkar please give me the Sonkar many many please please please

  17. Don’t have them special order cars
It will be an ass to get parts I bought a Traxxas summit special order it was a bad idea they don’t have parts stocked also if you live on the East coast in America stay away from crawlers they are not as popular and won’t find any place to run it

  18. KTM BIKES says:

The slash is awful, you could get a hyper sse race ready for less than that plastic toy.

  19. I’m not even a new hobbyist but I just saw a cool looking slash and clicked

  20. Dont put your battery in while it's warm

  21. Have you ever heard of the desert viper all-wheel drive twin motors my mom got that for me for Christmas one year from radio shack man that thing was fast I don't think it was quite as fast as the Traxxas I can't remember but I remember it was fast and the charger for the battery pack you hooked it to your actual battery in your vehicle it charged it in like 10 minutes

  22. Where are good bashing spots in collin county? I wasn't sure if I could bash im the park you were at so I've never brought my hoss or rustler there

  23. Do you have some cars for sale used but in good condition for 150 to 200 or so emaxx are something like it 1/10 scale cars or trucks email jeff.Judy 60 @ yahoo. com. From Indianapolis Indiana

  24. Wish I would have seen this video earlier. Thanks for the quick one over.

  25. RC Pete says:

Three happy faces 19:30s that's what RC is about 👍😁

  26. jim52970 says:

Pre load clips. Effectively makes the springs stiffer, thus raising ride height without buying stiffer springs.
GREAT into video to the RC hobby!!! Well done Sir..

  27. ken says:

you should start a discord group!

  28. 0:02 is that a castle behind you broooooo

  29. Mr Pete says:

Appreciated🙏 these vids are not easy to make but are most watched 👍 simple, well explained, easy to understand for beginners and advanced hobbyists 👏😀💯

  30. I was laughing a couple of times watching this video. Best moment of the video for me was the glance to the camera when he squeezed the trigger and nothing happened. 👍👍😁

  31. Joshua R says:

Great video. I'm on the low end of a 2wd traxxas rusty that I bought from pep boys for I cant remember. I have a great rc hobby store. Web site is terrible.

  32. It’s funny how hobby grade rc cars are still considered toys and are for kids but in what world can a kid afford those 400$-500$ rc’s? Lol I didn’t get my first proper rc till I could afford to buy my own cause there was no way my parents were buying me no 200$ mini z for a kid it wouldn’t last very long😂

  33. I raced in the beginning of the rc era and in my 10plus years in NO way would it be good to have a RTR you need to know how it works and how to fix,the best way is to build it smh

  34. 42 years ago, I started with 1/8th off-road .21 nitro car at age 13 and it was absolutely awesome. Later I received a Tamiya electrical on-road car for Christmas from my father corporate job company. RC models are much more affordable nowadays which is great. I think RC is much better for kids than computer games…

  35. Shoku Black says:

Subbed. I’ve been thinking about getting back into RC cars after being out of the hobby for 30 + years. Been watching a lot of videos and you’re the first hobby-ist I’ve seen to suggest a RTR as the first model. When I ran them with my dad back in the day I found it intimidating trying to put them together. Felt like I needed an engineering degree. (They were Tamaya kits). Appreciate the video. 👍🏾

  36. TheEZGZ says:

    super helpful

  37. I remember watching this 2yrs ago 😁

  38. Haha the I was excited when they opened up a hobby lobby by my house. I thought it was going to be a giant hobby shop, I went in there and was pretty disappointed. Hobby lobby is pretty much like a Michael’s craft store haha

  39. Stealthcon69 says:

Lol don’t forget the square battery packs that u plug in an adapter that goes into the wall outlet lol and wait and hour or two to charge

  40. Good luck everyone!!!!🤘😃🤘🎉🏁🏎
