why when i charge my rx7 fr the whole day then i get it and use it it dies in 1 minute is the battery broken or something can you tell me ?

I was so excited to do this today i was working on it and i accidentally touched a knife to the reciever on the car while trying to free the metal under the glue for the underbody and as i was cutting glue my hand fell touching two of these 2 rows is soder dots by the battery cords going into the reciever and now the only thing that turns on the the charging light
