Hello Peter, can you tell me whether the vehicle with 2S batteries (7.4v) reaches 62km / h? Because the almost identical Xinlihong Q901 reach the 52km / h specified there only with 3S batteries (11.1v). However, the Amazon seller of the flyhal writes that you are not allowed to use 3S batteries. I would like to achieve the specified speed. lg. Gerhard

Thanks for the review, just bought this for my son for Xmas, do you recall what held the batteries in place inside the car? I didn't notice anything when I initially charged it, however, went out and the batteries kept falling out the car!
Just got one of these for my son, looks like it was the right choice. Excellent capabilities. Much fun is being had. Really good to hear your appraisal of the quality of components. Ours has taken a bashing in the last few days on many terrains. Only casualty was one of the headlight grills. It popped out and has been lost. These are decent kit for under 100 pounds and brushless I was gonna pay double but might get one of these instead
Donโt use in the wet! Just pulled car apart a second time as the fwd diff has worn splines. I had to change the motor gear as well as that just wore very quickly. Now I need to find sparesโฆ!
