Congratulations on a great series. We need more series like yours aimed at bringing in or bringing back people to race. I have never figured out why companies like Traxxas, Arrma, Associated, Losi etc don't do this. Restricting the rules and the trucks that could be run makes it a fun day. It doesn't go on and on for days. Tamiya does their series but that's a totally different environment. A series is a lot of work and time. Thanks for doing it. May be others will copy your idea.

Here most the ''rc racers'' want every newbies to buy a expensive 1-10 Associated or TLR and race on a high competitive ''spec'' class.
This is truly awesome. I like this style of racing on the paint with spec cars. Could see this style taking off

Man, grass roots RC racing at its finest!! The slash is what got me started in RC racing, and it is still being raced at nearly every local track around Minnesota and the rest of the nation. Man, I would love to try some slash racing on concrete with metal jumps like that too, so unique and refreshing!!

Sooo you had a race and a company who dropped out of the race scene years ago to promote there vehicles that are terrible to race compared to the big boys like your tekno vehicle you actually race that we bearly hear you talk about. You should tell the world that losi has there 22s for the same price as traxxas and we both know it would be a better platform to start with then a outdated 2wd slash losi/tlr will always be better then traxxas. Why don't you get one and compare the 2 trucks or are you scared of passing off traxxas

That’s awesome. I wish we had something like that around where I’m at. I asked a local group what I should look into to race locally. They told me to get Tekno or Losi kits. I’m brand new. I decided just to get out all together after that. I’ll look into getting into it again once I move in 2 years. Hopefully to a place that has more noob friendly events.
This is my "go to" RC channel now and has been for some time because Mark is an awesome promoter for RC and Racing RC and just a downright nice guy. Going to the Traxxas store is really fun too! This Slash race series looked like a lot of fun.
Started a 4Tec race league. Added a stock Slash class. Very popular. Bringing people in to the 4Tec program as well! — Wanted to ask where you got the jumps from or who built them? I made some from wood. Like to see about getting the metal ones though.
