This is only pulling the zero-speed rolling the resistance of the vehicle. negligible acceleration, so no inertial force to oppose, and no aero drag load. the weight of the towed vehicle is really not relevant, just a nice huge number to throw about. a marketing stunt. You could over inflate the tyres or fit ice skates and this wouldn't be any less of a bad demonstration. Even putting it in neutral reduced the rolling resistance by taking the gearbox out of the equation. You can lean on most cars and they will roll away if in neutral.

Weird to hear you didn't have the fans running… my vorteks 3s get hot as shit, to the point it hits thermal shutdown… I swapped the tiny 25mm-30mm fans, and added a larger heatsink on the esc with 40mm fan on each… and NOW I can run at 120 degrees and not burn my hand and thats non stop gunning it throughout my entire battery for like 20 min… why they go cheap on the 3s lines electronics im not sure…. just adding what I did would makes the truck driveable. The overall build quality of the car and engineering behind the mechanical parts are great.
