This is supposed to compete with 144002 ? It's slower and has no metal at all , the battery is a joke and the shocks are not oil filled , and on parts availability ? LOL , Also the 16889A Pro would wipe the floor with this and it's still cheaper.
I won't spend the money for that, again another good show Amber.
I've been in the hobby 28 years and still get a kick out of bashing things like this. They have thier own kinda charm/fun dont they. Not worth 170 by a long shot though.
Hell nooooo I would mucho rather have 2 wltoys or save for something better, as you said, maybe for a kid…

I know they are trying to break into the market, and I'd love to support them. Sadly though at this price point, there are FAR better options 😔

Yep… overpriced, it's more of a $90 car maybe. Brushed motor, Combo ESC/receiver, older battery connector (non-standard), expensive replacement parts, and overall cheap build quality. Much better options out there for this price. Picked up a Haiboxing brushless 1/18 scale that is amazing, it cost me $103 with an Amazon coupon… 18859A little brother to the 16889Apro? All metal drivetrain, aluminum oil-filled shocks, KV3300 brushless motor… Its brushed counterpart is only $80 these might be a little smaller than the Bonzai (yes you misspelled the Brand… LOL!) but a much better option.
Enjoyed the fun had trying to learn a faster RC. Keep up the good work
I would just get something off aliexpress like a WLToys. Budget RC is competitive and the asking price for this isn't justified

Great video Amber, I would not spend that much money on that rc’s. I think it’s pretty expensive here. It looked a little faster in the video. Stay safe and keep the videos coming.
Not a chance I’d ever spend $170 US for this or any 1/14 scale with so few quality options. No oil filled shocks, only 30kh is slow, and that battery is tiny. ECX and WLToys sell products in the same category that are much better. Are they joking with this being priced at $170?? 😂😅
