It could, since you can mold most things in CF, but it would weigh loads more than in Lexan, that's why it's not done!
This goes well with heat resistant paint. want to do this on my car's engine hood

How do you do this inside the shell..?
Because usually for RC we air brush inside not out side, In this case do we Air brush outside..?
where do you buy the shelf liners at?

this is how you do it inside thats why you use a transparent black first to make the gray pop out and use the background to close teh deal

you spray the transparent black inside the body first, then the silver, still inside the body, and then the background colour.you have to start with a TRANSPARENT colour first, or the rest of your design will not show through

does normal auto air panit stick to lexane bodies? the same with plastic and any other materials? what about all the prep work… the base coat!?

what type of paint you using here? kustom shop?
If you really want it to look realistic get the decal painting it gives it to much shine
so on an rc body you put down transparent black then silver then black?
What silver did you use…opaque or transparent?

What colors and in what order would you use for a white cf look?
White background/silver over the mesh? Then white top coat?
Can you do this with spray cans
it looks uber fake compared to the duct tape method done correctly.
