Great review. I think your possibilities assessment is spot on, but this truck seems a bit top heavy. Too much rolling. What kind of batteries does it use? Li Ion, NMH, or Lipo? How many cells? -Jim

I just posted a new vid on my channel of exactly what you imagined; I used train scenery techniques to build a 1:24 wilderness in our basement. We have 3 Axials (Teel c10, Red Deadbolt, and Yellow Jeep) and an RGT. Just ordered my wife one of these.
