Hey guys, any input or help would be appreciated. I am new to the RC community and bought wltoys 104001 for my son. He broke the front wavy box (it took about 2 weeks to get the part in the mail), I took the whole front apart to replace it. Put it back together and now the car won’t start. Gas RC Cars
First of all can you turn of the TV when you make a video.
Now are the wheels spinning if you pick it up? Did you voltage test the batterys? Why is the esc Fan not spinning?
You took apart the front gearbox? It may be possible to put the diff back in the wrong way, so the front is going backwards while the rear is going forwards.
Does it roll when you push on it?
Is the battery charged?
Are all the connectors in properly (motor, servo, battery)?
Did you remove the differential and put it back in the wrong way?
Have you checked the batteries in the transmitter?
Brushed motors can be ruined by collisions – I’ve seen it several times. If it’s just the motor or electronics, then this is a great excuse to go brushless.
I would start with the battery as the charger it comes with tend to die very prematurely.
